We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage and grow our organic search presence across digital platforms
You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic and lead generation
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO content strategies
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
- Build and manage backlink profiles through white-hat link-building techniques
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team
- Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics monthly
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
Requirements
1 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO
Strong proficiency in:
- Google Search Console Google Analytics
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Yoast SEO or Rank Math (WordPress)
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles
- Experience with local SEO and schema markup is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce SEO
- Familiarity with content marketing and blogging
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
