Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ERP Manager Odoo with core competency in customizing, integrating, and optimizing Odoo ERP systems as per business needs.
modules in alignment with business processes. The role involves analyzing organizational requirements, improving workflows, developing custom features, and ensuring smooth ERP operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Integrate Odoo ERP modules as per business requirements.
- Develop current custom features and enhance existing Odoo functionality.
- Implement business-specific modules such as Helpdesk for customer care management, sales, inventory, and accounting.
- Handle large datasets, ensuring performance optimization and data consistency.




- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs using Python, SQL, and Odoos framework..
- Perform gap analysis to identify differences between current workflows and desired business processes.
- Document end-to-end processes using organizational flowcharts and functional specifications.
- Configure Odoo modules to align with operational needs and provide functional support to users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding operations, finance, quality,sales,accounts,hr,purchase, store and logisticsto ensure smooth adoption and usability.
- Participate actively in monthly Board Meetings with the Group CEO and Directors, presenting ERP progress, challenges, and improvement strategies.
- Provide recommendations on process optimization and system enhancements based on analytical insights.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Odoo (versions 1017) development and functional implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL/SQL, JavaScript (optional), and Odoo ORM.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with large data volumes and optimizing system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Prior experience in enterprise-level Odoo implementations.
- Understanding of business operations in retail, manufacturing, or service sectors.
