Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
- Drive the acquisition, onboarding, and activation of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, MFDs, and channel partners to drive business growth.
- Ensure partner productivity by providing regular engagement, training, and sales support.
- Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive mutual fund business across SIP, lump sum investments, and AUM growth through the distributor network.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the IFA/MFD partner ecosystem.
- Guide the team in resolving partner queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Support partners with NISM Series V-A certification and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding,



activation, and servicing.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on mutual fund products, market trends, and regulatory changes to effectively support partners and the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 58+ years of experience in Mutual Fund Sales, Channel Sales, or Wealth Management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.
- Strong experience in managing IFAs, MFDs, and channel partners.
- Sound understanding of Mutual Fund products, SIPs, AUM, and the distributor ecosystem.
- Proven track record in partner acquisition, relationship management, and target achievement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- NISM Series V-A certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in AMC, Wealth Management, Broking, Fintech, or BFSI organizations is preferred
