Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Lead to lead the creative vision for our digital learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Instructional Design, Storyboarding, SCORM-based eLearning development, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and Generative AI tools. You will work closely with instructional designers, developers, SMEs, and clients to create engaging and impactful learning experiences while mentoring a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction for eLearning and digital learning projects.
- Create and review instructional design storyboards and video storyboards.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, animators, and video editors.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, developers, and project managers.
- Develop engaging SCORM-compliant eLearning courses.
- Review graphics, animations, videos, and course layouts to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Use Generative AI tools to support storyboarding, content ideation, image generation, and creative workflows.




- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Contribute to marketing creatives, promotional videos, and digital campaigns when required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Creative Design, eLearning, or Instructional Design.
- Strong experience in SCORM-based eLearning development.
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of instructional design principles and visual storytelling.
- Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead creative teams.
