Role & MEP Project Manager Data Center & Commercial Office Fit-Out

Roles & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end execution of MEP projects for Data Centers and Commercial Office Fit-Outs.

* Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* Lead site execution for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, BMS coordination, and UPS systems.

* Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.

* Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and identify design or execution issues.

* Prepare project schedules, resource plans, material planning, and manpower deployment.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.

* Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Manage procurement requirements and coordinate timely material deliveries.

* Handle change requests, additional scope, client approvals, and commercial coordination.

* Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and statutory regulations.

* Coordinate with civil, interior, and architectural teams for seamless project execution.

* Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

* Lead project review meetings and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

* Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.





* Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, testing reports, and O&M; manuals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* 5–10 years of experience in MEP project management.

* Proven experience in Data Center and Commercial Office Fit-Out projects.

* Strong knowledge of:

* Electrical Systems

* UPS & Battery Systems

* HVAC Systems

* Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems

* Plumbing Systems

* BMS Coordination

* Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

* Solid leadership, planning, vendor management, and client coordination skills.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and project planning tools.

* Willingness to travel across project locations.
