Role & responsibilities

- Develop video-based technical training materials for industrial machines.
- Create user guides, work instructions, and training documentation based on customer inputs.
- Review customer-provided CAD models, machine information, and operating procedures to accurately represent product functionality.
- Convert technical information into explicit, structured, and user-friendly training content.
- Capture and edit software demonstrations and machine operation workflows for training purposes.
- Collaborate with customer SMEs to understand machine functionality and operating procedures.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with customer standards and revision processes.
- Support updates and enhancements to existing training content as products evolve.





Preferred candidate profile

- Experience creating video-based training or e-learning content.
- Familiarity with video recording and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
- Experience with CAD visualization tools (Creo View, eDrawings, SolidWorks Composer, Creo Illustrate, etc.).
- Experience with MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automotive, or manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of Technical Publications standards such as S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 is an advantage.
