Responsibilities for shop-floor production operations by supervising Team Leaders and Operators to achieve daily production targets while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and efficiency standards. Responsible for workforce management, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSE and quality systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Supervise shop-floor operations to meet daily production plans, quality, cost, and delivery targets

Provide leadership to non-exempt (hourly) workforce and promote positive employee relations

Ensure adherence to safety standards, 100% PPE compliance, and zero-accident culture; authorized to stop operations in case of safety or quality risks

Drive quality standards, QRQC, audits, and closure of non-conformities within defined timelines

Execute daily planning, monitor WIP, consumables, stock accuracy, and production constraints

Track and improve OEE, labor efficiency, productivity, rejections, and material variance

Lead training, skill matrix updates, and operator development initiatives

Act as 5S Champion and lead Lean / Continuous Improvement activities
