About Art Beat: Art Beat is 13 years old Bangalore based fine arts academy. We are the highest rated art academy in Bangalore (5-star rated by 2300+ people on Google). We teach 20+ different mediums of art across short term courses, workshops, professional courses and kids classes.

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year.

The Centre Coordinator / Studio Manager is the heartbeat of Art Beat. You will ensure the daily operations of the studio run seamlessly, creating a warm, organized, and inspiring environment for students, parents, and instructors alike

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities

1. Manage all the administration-related activities of the Art School. Overall management of the Center including day to day activities.
2. Manage complete administration - book of accounts, invoicing, stock and inventory along with managing finance & training for the staff.
3. Manage all whatsapp and call queries of existing customers/students & any new potential customers.
4.



Manage communication and interaction with students, parents to address the child/students progress or address any other queries/grievances, responsible for end to end interaction with parents for new admissions.
5. Managing housekeeping staff, upkeep of the physical school
6. Complete studio management, housekeeping, materials, etc
7. Manage and convert walk-in enquiries at the Art School
8. Periodic updates to customers, parents, students about the classes, course materials, etc.
9. Planning & executing local marketing activities
10. Managing vendors for the school.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year.

Preferred to be a graduate - Any background

Excellent communication skills

Must be good at maintaining rapport and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with Google sheet/Google docs/Canva

Prior experience in a PreSchool or any school is a plus
