Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop plans for attracting, retaining, and developing key employees.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution processes to resolve issues in a fair and constructive manner.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in an HR role within IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of business partnering principles with ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
- Excellent decision making skills with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution.
