About the Role

- Are you an ambitious Application Specialist looking for a long-term strategic role where you can truly own and shape an enterprise platform We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Application Specialist to become the long-term owner of our clients commercial software ecosystem.

- Your journey will start with a high-impact flagship project: leading the transition from our legacy custom CRM (Creatio) to a modern, scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

- Once the initial CRM foundation is set, you will become the owner of commercial application landscape, driving continuous optimization, automation, reporting, AI adoption, and user adoption across the organization.

Because Microsoft

Dynamics 365 offers capabilities far beyond traditional CRM, you will play a leading role in bringing more core business processes, workflows, and smart tools into the Dynamics ecosystem over time.

- You will report directly to the IT Operations Manager and collaborate closely with cross-hub leadership, commercial key users, and our internal IT Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Platform Ownership: Act as the long-term Functional &
- Technical Owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365, driving continuous platform expansion, workflow automation, and feature adoption across all international hubs (Netherlands, Dubai, India, Switzerland).

- CRM Migration &

- Architecture: Lead the initial end-to-end migration from our custom legacy CRM (Creatio) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales &
- Customer Service), ensuring smooth data mapping, process re-engineering, and clean architecture.

- Beyond-CRM Expansion: Identify new opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to digitize and automate adjacent business processes beyond standard CRM functions.

- Data-Driven &

- AI Integration: Harness the power of our data-driven ecosystem by integrating Dynamics 365 with Power BI for predictive analytics and embedding Microsoft Copilot / AI Agents to automate repetitive commercial workflows.

- Process Design &

- RFC Management:



Translate business requirements from international sales and operations teams into clear technical specifications, managing change requests via a structured Request for Change (RFC) framework.

- Change Management &

- User Adoption: Drive ongoing user adoption across global teams through interactive training, explicit documentation, and proactive 2nd/3rd line functional support.

Must-Have Experience &

- Skills:

- Microsoft Dynamics Mastery: In-depth, hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/Sales/Customer Service).

- CRM Migration Experience: Proven track record in migrating business processes and data from legacy or custom CRM platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365. (Note: Prior knowledge of Creatio is not required, as this was our internal custom package; we value your general CRM migration and data-mapping expertise).

- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong affinity for data quality, data structures, and transforming operational data into actionable business intelligence.

- Process &
- Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of commercial sales pipelines, account management, and lead-to-quote workflows in an international setting.

- Language Skills: Excellent communication in English verbal and written is mandatory for cross-hub collaboration.

- Highly Valued Assets (Strong Plus):

- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and Copilot / AI Agents).

- Vision for platform growth and expanding Dynamics 365 beyond traditional CRM boundaries.

- Experience with structured change management and ITIL/RFC delivery methodologies.
