NThis entry-level role is ideal for freshers or trainees looking to start a career in sales. The candidate will support the sales team by making outbound calls, generating leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline while learning the fundamentals of inside sales.

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers under guidance.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the field sales/team.

- Identify basic customerneeds and capture relevant information.

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or tracking tools.

- Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, leads, follow-ups).

- Prepare reports on calling activities and lead status.
