Lead end-to-end application development (web & mobile) across business functions

Own architecture, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of applications

Manage and mentor a team of developers (frontend, backend, mobile)

Drive adoption of modern full-stack technologies (React Native, Java, etc.) Key Responsibilities

Development & Delivery

Lead design and development of scalable web and mobile applications

Ensure high-quality code, performance, and security standards

Oversee end-to-end SDLC (design → development → testing → deployment)

Manage releases, versioning, and production support

Leadership

Define application architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud-native)

Make technology choices and enforce best practices

Drive use of modern frameworks (React Native, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.)

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability

- Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of developers and tech leads

Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery

Build capability in full-stack development and emerging technologies

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering discipline

Collaboration

Work closely with business teams, product managers, and UX teams

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure alignment with digital and enterprise architecture roadmap

Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Ensure automated testing (unit, integration, UI)

Monitor application performance and resolve production issues

Improve developer productivity and delivery speed Required Skills & Experience

Experience

8–10 years in application development

Proven experience leading development teams (5–15 members)

Experience delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications

Technical Skills

Strong full-stack expertise:

Frontend: React, Angular, or similar

Mobile: React Native (preferred) / Flutter / native

Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js

API design (REST, GraphQL)

Database knowledge (SQL + NoSQL)

Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes – good to have)

Leadership Skills

Strong team management and mentoring ability

Problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to balance speed with quality Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs

Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI integration in applications

Experience in B2B / dealer / sales platforms Success Metrics (KPIs)
