Job profile requirements

- Drive sales and application development of Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) solutions within the assigned territory.
- Identify repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment life-extension opportunities across customer plants.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals and recommend suitable repair solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations teams.
- Implement value-based selling and application-oriented sales strategies to increase customer engagement and wallet share.




- Manage the sales funnel and coordinate with execution teams for smooth project handover and delivery.
- Introduce new products, services, and applications across multiple industries.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Develop application case studies and contribute to business growth initiatives.
