Experienced Application and Production Support Engineer with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to support multiple business critical applications across a multi tier environment. The role involves maintaining application stability, managing incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of integrated systems involving APIs, batch jobs, and cloud native deployments. The ideal candidate will possess hands on expertise in Dynatrace, Grafana, OCP (OpenShift), and SQL, with proven experience leading bridge calls, driving incident resolution, and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver continuous operational excellence.

Lead and manage bridge calls during critical incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution.

Support upstream and downstream APIs, troubleshooting integration failures and ensuring smooth inter system communication.

Manage and monitor batch jobs and month end processing cycles, addressing job failures and coordinating with dependent systems.





Perform deployment validations and environment checks within OCP, application, and web servers, assisting in release and change management activities.

Execute basic SQL queries to perform data validation, analyse logs, and generate operational statistics or ad hoc reports.

Document operational procedures, propose automation or monitoring enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

o 5+ years of experience in application support or production operations.

o Hands on experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, SQL, Application/Webservers and OCP.

o Experience in incident management and problem management analysis.

o Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments.

o Strong technical, logical, and analytical skills.
