Feedback Insights is a global B2B2C research-based consulting firm looking for a Business Analyst with a solid Power BI background who can bridge the gap between business teams and data The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements translate them into analytical solutions and deliver clear actionable insights through dashboards and reports Requirements Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful Power BI dashboards reports and KPIs that support decision-making Strong skills in designing intuitive user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights and tell a clear business story Proven capability in analyzing data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities across business functions Experience in handling periodic and ad-hoc reporting requests working closely with stakeholders and business teams Strong focus on data accuracy consistency and alignment with agreed business definitions and metrics Skills Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role Hands-on experience with Power BI including data modeling basic DAX report development and publishing Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction validation and analysis Solid understanding of business processes KPIs and performance metrics Proven experience in working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights Benefits Best in the Industry
