Role Description The Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating data accuracy, and contributing to process optimization initiatives. The Analyst is expected to maintain documentation of methods and findings and support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with data sets, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)



and familiarity with basic reporting or visualization tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or prior analytical experience are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively in teams, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to databases, SQL, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
