Role Description This is a full time, on-site Analyst role based in West Delhi. The Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Responsibilities include preparing regular reports and dashboards, identifying trends and anomalies, and presenting clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand information needs, improving data quality and processes, and documenting methods and findings. The Analyst will also support ad hoc analysis, contribute to forecasting and planning activities, and ensure that confidential information is handled responsibly and securely.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)



and familiarity with basic data visualization or reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in data handling, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Comfort working on-site in West Delhi, collaborating with local teams, and maintaining professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a data, business, or financial analysis role is an advantage, as is familiarity with basic database concepts or analytical software.
