- Deliver actionable insights that reduce GNPA, improve collection efficiency, and optimize portfolio profitability

- Development of reports, dashboards and presentations

Responsibilities

- Ensure to work with appropriate tools and techniques to understand portfolio & business characteristics and help in overall decision-making process.

- Provide analytics across departments: Portfolio, Collections, Risk, Operations, Sales.

- Ensure high quality and consistency of reports

- Customize standard dashboards as per business requirements

- Proactively looking at data trends and sharing key findings.

- Analyze credit bureau data and provide actionable recommendations

- Using appropriate data,



processes & techniques for building high quality presentations.

- Work with a consultative mindset to gather requirements from other teams

- Work with tech teams to identify and resolve any data, infrastructure, or implementation issues

- Communicate analysis results and provide qualified presentations in a simple yet actionable manner

Skills and competencies

- Extensive experience of analytical tools e.g. R, Python, VBA, Excel, SQL etc.

- Experience in risk analytics, collection analytics, bureau analytics etc. Competencies:

- Able to deliver results independently with only high level inputs

- Can solve fairly complex data and analytics problems

- Understanding of mortgage business

- Able to interpret, share and discuss results in the business context

- Problem solving, Analytical approach and thinking

- Manage and prioritize own work stream
