The HR Learning &

- Development team at DBS Tech is seeking a creative and driven Learning Program Manager at an Analyst level in the organization with experience in planning, coordinating and executing training programs and reporting into the L&D; Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management &

- Delivery

- Support and manage onboarding programs for DBS Tech, ensuring seamless and engaging experience for new hires.

- Drive Apprenticeship and Tech MA programs, ensuring successful transition and readiness of early talent.

- Plan and schedule large-scale training initiatives, SME development program ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.

- Track training completion metrics and provide regular reporting on training progress and outcomes.

Stakeholder &

- Vendor Management

- Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to support enterprise-wide training programs and initiatives.

- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and business leaders to design and deliver effective learning solutions.

- Engage with external training vendors to develop customized training agendas aligned to business needs.

- Manage vendor relationships, including performance tracking, cost, and KPI management.

Content Design &

- Learning Strategy

- Research, develop, and measure training effectiveness to continuously enhance L&D; programs.

- Evaluate and integrate recent learning strategies, including emerging technologies and digital learning approaches.

Operations, Reporting &

- Governance





- Administer learning programs on the Learning Management System (LMS) and promote digital learning adoption.

- Manage training budgets, procurement processes, contracts, and licensing records.

- Monitor and evaluate L&D; program performance monthly, linking outcomes to business scorecards.

- Produce internal reports, including dashboards and scorecards, and provide insights for decision-making.

- Collaborate on audit processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting during annual audits.

Data, Innovation &

- Continuous Improvement

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in learning programs.

- Recommend actionable solutions and initiate corrective interventions.

- Drive innovation by exploring automation, data-driven insights, and digital tools to enhance learning operations.

Preferred Qualifications &

- Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Learning &
- Development or Talent Development.

- Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and managing end-to-end learning programs.

- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across geographies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and derive insights.

- Experience in vendor and budget management.

- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and resilience.

- A continuous learner mindset with a commitment to self-development.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- Certifications in relevant technologies, learning methodologies, or psychometric tools.
