Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain SRE and DevOps best practices to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using scripts and tooling.
- Implement and support monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate closely with application development, security, and platform teams.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote reliability, resilience, and operational excellence through SRE principles.

Required Skills

Core SRE / DevOps Skills

- Strong understanding of SRE and DevOps concepts, including reliability, scalability, automation, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency with container platforms:

o Docker o Kubernetes

- Experience with DevOps platforms and version control systems:

o Jenkins o Bitbucket o Git o GitHub Actions

- Strong automation and scripting skills to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Experience with observability tooling (any major platform) for:

o Monitoring o Logging o Alerting

Nice to Have Skills

SRE / DevOps – Value-Add Skills

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Experience with Harness for CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Scripting and automation using:
