Analyst I - Web Operations | GCN | HCA Healthcare General Position Information Reports Directly To (Title) Manager – Web Operations Matrix Reports To (Title) As applicable based on functional alignment Direct Reports Individual contributor; no direct reports Created / Last Revised 30/06/2026 Job Code T BD Position Summary As part of the GCN Web Operations team, this role is responsible for supporting website migrations, content management, website maintenance, accessibility compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise CMS platforms, primarily Sitecore and dotCMS. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in CMS operations, website migration, accessibility remediation, and web content publishing. A solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, modern web technologies, and digital best practices is essential to ensure high-quality, compliant, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities Manage and update web content using CMS platforms such as Sitecore and dotCMS.

Support end-to-end website migration projects, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Identify and fix accessibility defects in compliance with WCAG standards and accessibility best practices.

Perform website maintenance activities, including content updates, broken link fixes, and routine site health checks.

Support website development tasks, including page creation and component configuration within CMS platforms.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on migrated content and website updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues and support tickets within defined SLAs.

Ensure adherence to established migration processes, standards, and governance guidelines.

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.





3–6+ years of experience in Website Content Management, CMS Administration, Website Migration, or Digital Operations.

Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS and dotCMS (mandatory).

Experience supporting enterprise-level website migration and content transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.

Practical experience with accessibility testing and remediation is required.

Experience working with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms is an added advantage.

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with CMS tools

Experience in website migration, content migration, and CMS administration.

Good knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and accessibility best practices.

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Experience performing website content publishing, maintenance, and quality assurance.

Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for enterprise websites.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working in healthcare, regulated industries, or large enterprise digital environments.

Relevant certifications in Sitecore, Accessibility (IAAP), or related web technologies are an added advantage.
