Role Description The Analyst Data role at PPStack is a full time remote position focused on turning complex data into actionable insights that support learning solutions, career programs, and digital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and performing statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns. The role involves developing and maintaining data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs, and presenting findings in a clear,



structured manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Analyst

Data will contribute to data-driven decision-making for products, marketing, and operations, ensuring that PPStack’s programs remain aligned with learner needs and industry expectations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Data Modeling skills to perform quantitative analysis and design scalable data structures.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Experience in EdTech, education analytics, or digital product analytics, and familiarity with AI-driven platforms or learning technologies, is beneficial.
