You ‘ll be working as Analyst Component Planner. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. We are looking for Analyst Component Planner who’ll be responsible to drive Improvements in Component Planning team.
You’ll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities in Component planning team, so Problem Solving, taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA. What you’ll do - Plan and manage component requirements based on production schedules, customer demand, and sales forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Sound knowledge of PR to PO process & Procure to Pay cycle.
Analyze Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
outputs and take corrective actions for shortages and excess inventory.
Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery adherence and material availability.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and phase-in/phase-out planning
Maintain planning parameters including safety stock, reorder point, lead time, and lot size in SAP.
Should be well versed with sound knowledge in Invoice on hold management.
Hands on experience in Invoice on hold activities like MRBR and GRIR.
Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Meets defined SLA and KPI’s on performance and quality in given TAT.
Key Skills – ERP knowledge preferably SAP, Inventory Management, Supplier coordination What you’ll need - Bachelor’s Degree preferably with 4-6 years of relevant SCM experience
