Role Summary
As an Amazon Connect Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will collaborate with teams to ensure the seamless operation of essential applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Amazon Connect.
- Participate actively in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively.
- Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Engage in problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality support.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in software applications.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional cloud services.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
