- Reading Blueprints and Specifications.
- Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recomeding Adjustments to the assembly or production purpose.
- Inspecting, testing or measuring materials or products being produced.
- Measuring products as per IS standards.
- Operating electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Accepting or rejecting finished items.
- Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Reporting inspecting and testing data such as weight, temperature, grades, moisture content and quantities inspected.
- Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non- compliance reports, and site instruction/ observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
- Responsible for closure of non- conformance, NCR and site instruction.
- Quality control engineers monitor quality as per IS standards for nearly all manufactured products.
