Role Description The Alliances Manager (Oracle) is a full-time remote role responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining alliances with Oracle, system integrators, and complementary technology providers to expand Newer Mind Solutions’ market reach. Day-to-day activities include designing joint business plans, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, tracking pipeline and performance metrics, and facilitating regular communication between internal teams and alliance partners.

The Alliances

Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership to create partner-focused campaigns, solution offerings, and account strategies.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, representing the company in partner events, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring that alliance activities support revenue growth and client success.

Qualifications Strong skills in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, with experience building and managing partner ecosystems.

Demonstrated ability in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning to create joint go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.

Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders, present proposals, and maintain productive partner relationships.

Experience working with Oracle technologies or Oracle partner networks; familiarity with ERP and cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is highly beneficial.

Proven track record in alliance, channel, or partner management roles within IT services, consulting, or enterprise software.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities, define measurable objectives, and manage performance.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
