:

We are looking for an experienced Aligne Business Analyst with strong expertise in Aligne ETRM and energy trading. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing complex reporting requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering enhancements across credit, risk, and settlement functions. Candidates must have prior experience working on Aligne; experience with other ETRM platforms alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Aligne enhancements and reporting solutions.
- Manage complex reporting changes across Credit, Risk, and Settlement business areas.
- Independently handle defect analysis, bug fixes, and enhancement requests.
- Design and validate Aligne reports and batch processes to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT, production deployments,



and post-release validation.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices.
- Act as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Aligne ETRM.
- Strong expertise in Aligne reporting and batch processing.
- Valuable understanding of the Power and Gas trading lifecycle.
- Experience managing reporting, enhancements, and production support independently.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, BRD/FRD preparation, and user story creation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
