Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working on Airport Systems and Applications

Key Responsibilities:

- Support airline and Airport Operational Systems.




- Handle passenger reservations, check-ins, and boarding processes.
- Manage baggage check-in and load management activities.
- Work on airport systems such as Amadeus Altea, Sabre DCS, and SITA DCS.
- Generate and print flight load sheets, baggage reports, and manifests.
- Manage APIS-related activities and passenger data processing.
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams for operational support.
- Troubleshoot system and operational issues within SLA timelines.
- Create and manage incidents/problems using ticketing tools.
- Ensure smooth execution of Airline Operational Processes.
- Support Cargo and flight-related applications.
- Maintain Operational Reports and Documentation.
