Role Description The Airline Passenger Service Agent at La Decoller is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for assisting passengers throughout their airport journey, including check-in, boarding procedures, and general flight-related inquiries. The agent will provide timely, accurate information, support passengers with documentation and baggage requirements, and coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.

Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining a professional and courteous manner, and upholding safety and service standards. The position requires consistent in-person interaction with travelers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong Passenger Services and Check-in skills, with the ability to handle boarding and baggage processes efficiently.





Knowledge of Flights and basic airline operations, including schedules, documentation requirements, and airport procedures.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and conflict resolution.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive workplace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Comfort with basic computer systems, reservation platforms, and ticketing tools.

Prior experience in airline, airport, or hospitality service roles is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation, travel, or hospitality is beneficial.
