Aaron Freight is seeking an experienced Air Export Operations Executive to manage end-to-end air export shipments. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in export documentation, airline coordination, cargo bookings, and ensuring timely shipment execution while maintaining compliance with IATA regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Air Export operations.

Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs brokers.

Arrange airline bookings and ensure timely cargo movement.

Prepare and verify export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, Shipping Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers.

Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline procedures, and Incoterms.

Resolve operational issues and maintain high service standards.





Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding company.

Strong knowledge of export documentation and airline procedures.

Good understanding of IATA regulations and Incoterms.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software is preferred.
