Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI &

- ML role based in Coimbatore South. The position involves designing, developing, and testing machine learning models and AI solutions for academic, research, and industry-focused projects. Daily tasks include data collection and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, model training and evaluation, and documentation of workflows and results. The role also requires collaboration with faculty, student teams, and external partners to integrate AI &
- ML solutions into applications, tools, or prototypes.

Responsibilities further include staying updated on emerging AI/ML techniques, improving existing models, and presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of core AI &
- ML concepts,



including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and algorithm selection.

- Candidates should possess programming skills in languages such as Python (preferred), along with experience using libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Candidates should possess skills in data handling, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.

- Candidates should possess capabilities in statistical analysis, mathematical foundations (linear algebra, calculus, probability), and problem-solving for model optimization.

- Candidates should possess experience with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic understanding of deploying or integrating models into applications.

- Candidates should possess robust analytical and communication skills to document work, prepare reports, and explain technical results to diverse stakeholders.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field are highly beneficial.

- Experience with research projects, internships, or industry collaborations in AI &

- ML, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), will be an added advantage.
