NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist with a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing a variety of video content, from brand films and digital campaigns to social-first assets while creating motion graphics that elevate the overall narrative.





NThis role combines technical editing expertise with creative motion design to deliver visually compelling content across formats and platforms.

NKey Responsibilities

nEditing & Post-Production

NEdit brand films, digitalads, social media videos, and promotional content in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.

NStructure compelling narratives through visuals, music, and rhythm while maintaining a cohesive tone.

NIntegrate music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance emotional and storytelling impact.

NEnsure all video outputs meet technical standards and platform specifications (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.).

NMotion Graphics & Design

NDesign and animate motiongraphics, text treatments, transitions, and infographics using Adobe After Effects.

NDevelop logo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and motion-driven visual identities for brand campaigns.

NIncorporate 2D and limited 3D animations where required to enhance storytelling and engagement.

NMaintain consistency in color, style, and design language across deliverables.

NCollaboration & Workflow

NWork closely with creative directors, producers, and art teams to bring concepts and storyboards to life.

NInterpret creative briefsand apply visual storytelling principles effectively.





NImplement feedback promptly while maintaining quality and creative integrity.

NManage project timelines,organize assets, and maintain a structured file management system.

NCreative Contribution

nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for video and motion design projects.

NResearch visual trends, motion techniques, and new tools to keep the content innovative and engaging.

NSupport the creative teamin developing new visual approaches for branded content and digital storytelling.

NRequired Skills & Experience

NExperience: 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist, ideally in an agency, production house, or digital content environment.

NTechnical Expertise:

NAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

NWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.

NFamiliarity with DaVinci Resolve for basic color correction is a plus.

NStrong understanding of video structure, timing, sound, typography, and visual rhythm.

NAbility to create contentfor digital, social, and campaign-based platforms.

NExcellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

NPreferred Background

nExperience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or digital-first branded content.

NStrong creative eye for composition, transitions, and motion language.

NExperience in optimizing videos for different aspect ratios and resolutions.
