What You'll Do Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions to improve business operations

Build AI agents, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs

Develop integrations using QuickBooks API, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, and other business applications

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows

Learn existing accounting and operational processes and transform them into AI-driven solutions

Build custom connectors, APIs, dashboards, and automation workflows

Continuously research and implement emerging AI technologies that create measurable business value Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Automation, Software Development, or a related field

Strong Python programming skills

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI automation

Experience with Claude, Anthropic API, ChatGPT/OpenAI API, Gemini, or similar AI platforms





Experience integrating APIs, building workflow automations, and connecting business systems

Basic understanding of QuickBooks, bookkeeping workflows, QuickBooks API, and financial process automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills A problem solver who enjoys turning business challenges into AI solutions

Curious, self-motivated, and always learning current technologies

Passionate about business process optimization and automation

Comfortable working directly with business leaders and translating ideas into practical AI applications
