: AI Product Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Business teams to build innovative solutions that solve real customer problems using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires a strong product mindset, hands-on experience with AI technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct product discovery through customer research, user interviews, and market analysis.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs.
- Prioritise features using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or Impact vs. Effort.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Design, and Business stakeholders throughout product development.
- Drive Agile product delivery, sprint planning, and release management.
- Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to optimise product performance and user experience.
- Work closely with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Product Management :

- 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap planning,



and product strategy.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. AI & Generative AI :

- Experience building or managing AI-powered products.
- Hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Experience with Generative AI applications.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of AI Agents / Agentic AI.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation and quality metrics.

3. Technical Skills :

- SQL
- Python (preferred)
- REST APIs
- Product Analytics
- A/B Testing
- Data-driven decision making

Preferred Tech Stack :

- OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, ChromaDB, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Industry Experience :

- B2B SaaS, AI/ML Platforms, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Developer Tools, Automation Platforms.
