Role Description The AI-ML Mentor will guide students through foundational and advanced concepts in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong focus on practical application and interview readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering classroom sessions, designing and updating learning materials, conducting hands-on labs and projects, and providing personalized feedback on assignments and assessments. The mentor will support learners with doubt clarification, career guidance related to AI/ML roles, and preparation for technical interviews and coding challenges.





Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the curriculum team to refine course content based on industry trends, participating in workshops and bootcamps, and contributing to student engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and deployment.

- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries and frameworks (such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

- Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, with prior mentoring, teaching, or training experience preferred.

- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving approaches relevant for technical interviews.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive approach to teaching.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Bengaluru, with a strong commitment to student success and continuous learning.
