We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and implement production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent automation, OCR, and knowledge management systems.

The candidate will build secure, scalable AI applications such as enterprise chatbots, document intelligence platforms, AI agents, automated workflows, knowledge assistants, and intelligent search systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based enterprise applications.

Build RAG pipelines for querying organisational documents and knowledge repositories.

Develop AI chatbots, conversational assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows.

Implement document ingestion pipelines for PDF, Word, Excel, images, emails, and scanned documents.

Develop OCR-based applications for document classification, data extraction, validation, and processing.

Build enterprise knowledge bases and semantic search solutions.

Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs, business applications, and third-party platforms.

Develop intelligent automation workflows using AI, APIs, RPA, and event-driven processes.

Work with vector databases for storing embeddings and retrieving relevant information.

Implement document chunking, embedding generation, metadata filtering, reranking, and hybrid search.

Apply prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.

Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, latency, and cost.

Implement guardrails, access controls, audit logs, data masking, and secure AI practices.

Fine-tune or customise models where required.

Build backend APIs and services to integrate AI capabilities into web and mobile applications.

Monitor deployed AI systems and continuously improve their performance.

Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data teams,



and project managers.

Required Technical Skills

Robust programming experience in Python.

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and open-source language models.

Experience with Claude OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.

Practical experience building RAG applications.

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS, or pgvector.

Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, hybrid search, reranking, and document chunking.

Experience with OCR technologies such as Tesseract, PaddleOCR, Azure AI Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, Google Document AI, or similar tools.

Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and Linux environments.

Understanding of machine learning, NLP, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.

Knowledge of authentication, encryption, data privacy, and secure API development.

Preferred Skills

Experience developing agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.

Experience with Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and ontology-based search.

Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, UiPath, or Zapier.

Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps tools for model monitoring, tracing, and evaluation.

Experience with multilingual AI solutions, particularly English and Indian languages.

Knowledge of GPU-based model deployment and inference optimisation.

Experience working on government, enterprise, BFSI, ERP or document-processing applications.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud, or data science will be an advantage.
