- Have built something real on your own — a side project, a freelance gig, a hackathon build. Something you can talk about with pride.
- Build with AI tools and have opinions about it.
- Can explain a technical thing clearly to a non-technical person.
- Are comfortable when the problem is vague and nobody hands you a spec. We don't care about your GPA, your college tier, or how many DSA problems you've solved. We care about what you've built, how you think, and how you communicate.
