About the Role

We are looking for a Senior/Staff AI Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade AI-powered applications. This role involves building new AI products from scratch and helping teams transform AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will work across the full stack—from React frontends and Python backends to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Engineering

- Design and build AI-powered full-stack applications from scratch.
- Develop responsive, production-grade frontend applications.
- Build scalable backend services integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and enterprise data sources.
- Design and implement data layers using PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Redis.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from development through production deployment.

Prototype to Production
- Convert existing AI prototypes into production-ready applications.
- Improve application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Build automated testing frameworks.
- Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, metrics, and alerting.

Product Advisory
- Guide teams on AI architecture and engineering best practices.
- Define reusable patterns, templates, and starter kits.
- Review application architectures and recommend improvements.
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.

Collaboration
- Partner with AI platform teams and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.




- Mentor engineers on full-stack and AI engineering best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.
- Experience building production AI applications.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Strong AWS cloud experience.
- Comfortable owning products end-to-end from UI to infrastructure.
- Enjoys building recent AI products rather than maintaining legacy systems.
- Can take ownership, influence architecture decisions, and mentor engineers.
