About the Role:

We're looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Engineering who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead one or more engineering teams across product development, platform initiatives, and client delivery engagements.
- Own technical execution, architecture alignment, delivery planning, code quality, and release readiness.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, technical planning, code reviews, and complex implementation discussions.
- Guide teams in building scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
- Drive the adoption of AI-native engineering practices, including AI coding assistants and coding agents such as Claude Code and similar tools.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, Delivery teams, and client stakeholders to translate business goals into successful engineering outcomes.
- Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, performance management, career development, and leadership enablement.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications:





- 8 years of software engineering experience.
- 3 years of experience leading engineering teams as a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in software development, architecture, debugging, code quality, and delivery execution.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Client-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience preferred.
