This role is designed for talented Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, or Data Analysts who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and want to transition into AI Engineering. You will work alongside experienced AI practitioners to build intelligent solutions that leverage healthcare data, automation platforms, large language models (LLMs), and modern cloud technologies.

You will help design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications while expanding your expertise in machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MLOps.

What You Will Do

Partner with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to build and deploy AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Design and develop data pipelines that support machine learning and AI workloads.

Build and maintain integrations between AI solutions and existing business applications.

Assist in developing Agentic AI workflows, AI copilots, intelligent automation solutions, and document intelligence systems.

Support model deployment, monitoring, and operationalization through MLOps best practices.

Develop Python-based applications, APIs, and services that leverage AI technologies.

Learn and apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and LLM-based solution design.

Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for quality, security, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering,



and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively evaluate opportunities to apply them within FinThrive.

What You Will

Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence Engineering, or Data Analytics.

Solid SQL and Python programming skills.

Experience working with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and large-scale datasets.

Experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark, or other cloud-based data platforms.

Familiarity with REST APIs and software development best practices.

Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience building AI projects, chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, or automation solutions.

Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI platforms.

Experience with document intelligence, OCR, or unstructured data processing.

Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or infrastructure automation.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model lifecycle management.

Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
