Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Security Program Manager to drive governance, coordination, and oversight of enterprise AI security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI security governance, program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to align security, engineering, and business teams to ensure secure adoption of AI and GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate AI security initiatives across business and technology stakeholders.

Track AI security risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, presentations, and decision briefings.

Facilitate governance meetings and document key decisions and action items.

Support the definition of AI security guardrails, governance frameworks, and risk controls.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI for security operations, threat detection, and risk monitoring.

Maintain oversight of AI security controls across the AI lifecycle.

Provide recommendations for AI security capabilities, tooling enhancements,



and future security roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills

10–15 years of experience in Program Management, Cyber Security, AI Governance, or Technology Consulting.

Robust understanding of AI Security, GenAI, AI Governance, Risk Management, and Security Controls.

Experience managing enterprise security or digital transformation programs.

Knowledge of AI risk management, governance frameworks, and compliance best practices.

Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.

Experience preparing governance materials, status reports, and executive updates.

Strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, or enterprise AI platforms.

Familiarity with AI security frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, or similar.

Experience working with AI security, cloud security, or enterprise architecture teams.

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or relevant security certifications are a plus.
