We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives, Agile product delivery, and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, developing AI roadmaps, driving innovation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Lead Agile teams through product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Drive product adoption, process optimization,



and business value realization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize initiatives based on impact.

Education & Certifications

Required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred

- Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
- AI, Automation, or Product Management certifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience in Agile product delivery.
- Exposure to AI, Automation, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Proven success in business transformation and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
