About the Role

We are seeking an AI Consultant to help clients identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that drive measurable business value. You will work closely with client stakeholders to assess AI readiness, define strategic roadmaps, and guide the adoption of AI-powered solutions across business functions. This role combines business consulting, AI strategy, solution design, and implementation to help organizations leverage AI responsibly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client business processes, data landscapes, and technology environments to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.

Develop AI strategies, implementation roadmaps, and business cases aligned with client objectives, budgets, and technical maturity.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.

Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.

Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, models, and vendors based on business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, software developers, data scientists, and solution architects, to deliver AI initiatives.

Lead or support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects to validate AI use cases before enterprise-scale deployment.

Advise clients on AI architecture, data readiness, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Define solution architectures that leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).

Support the integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications, business processes, APIs, and data platforms.

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations to educate clients on AI capabilities, use cases, and adoption strategies.

Monitor AI solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes,



recommending continuous improvements and optimizations.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

3–6+ years of experience in AI consulting, machine learning, data strategy, digital transformation, or related technology consulting roles.

Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent automation.

Experience with one or more AI platforms or cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of AI solution architecture, data integration, APIs, and enterprise application integration.

Experience evaluating AI use cases and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Skilled certifications in AI, cloud platforms, data analytics, or machine learning.

Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or Java.

Experience with data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence tools.

Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance frameworks.

Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, or collaboration platforms.

Background in one or more industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, or the public sector.

Prior experience in a consulting firm or client-facing advisory role.
