NJOB SUMMARY

nAI Adoption & Workforce Transformation – plays a critical role in helping organisations reimagine the future of work through the application of agentic AI.

NThis role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise.

NBlending expertise from change management, learning, communications, and transformation, the AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation Senior Manager will design and deliver impactful experiences that help organisations transition from traditional work models to AI-enabled, human-centric operating models.

NWhat we are looking for:

NChange Management leaderswith strong AI Adoption or workforce transformation expertise having proven success in large scale adoption of Copilot or an enterprise SaaS products
