Job Purpose To provide administration support to the CTO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication with relevant stakeholders and strategic alignment with the organizational goals Key Result Areas/Accountabilities In this high-impact role, you will act as a primary leverage point, navigating the intersection of technical innovation and corporate strategy.

Core Strategic Responsibilities Strategic Calendar

Optimization: Architect and optimize the CTO’s professional lifecycle, prioritizing high-value engineering sprints and stakeholder engagements while mitigating operational friction. Manage the OD schedule, calendar and travel arrangements Executive Intelligence & Briefing: Coordinate meetings, conferences and other activities, including agendas and minutes

Develop and maintain relevant information, physically and digitally basis requirements

Facilitate communication between leadership team and departments

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Operational Support: Provide support for day-to-day operational execution

Ensure due diligence to help in process governance. High-Fidelity Documentation: Draft and refine sophisticated technical decks, strategy documents, and meeting minutes that reflect the CTO’s vision and the organization’s technological roadmap.

Timely and accurate completion of tasks

Effective management of the OD’s schedule

Strong relationship with stakeholders Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 8-10 years of relevant experience as EA

MBA preferred Must have technical / professional qualifications Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and other digital tools required for day-to-day operations
