We are seeking a talented Full Stack AI Engineer to join our Workflow Automations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that transform how we deliver services to our clients in the alternative investment industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Development & Integration:

Design and implement AI-powered features and intelligent automation workflows that enhance our capital administration and fund services applications

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services (OpenAI, CaludeAI, Azure AI) into production applications

Build and deploy machine learning models for data analysis, document processing, and predictive analytics relevant to financial services

Develop agentic systems and intelligent agents, using N8N,Claude Cowork and other orchestrations tools, that proactively assist users and automate complex financial workflows

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies

Build responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React that deliver exceptional user experiences

Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core, Python, or Node.js

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including vector databases for AI applications

Architecture & Innovation:

Contribute to architectural decisions for AI-powered solutions that align with business objectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical requirements

Prototype AI solutions and transition them from proof-of-concept to production-ready applications





Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization

Quality & Collaboration:

Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security and quality standards

Utilize AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, and product managers

Maintain documentation for code, APIs, AI models, and system architecture

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field

3+ years of professional software development experience as a full-stack developer

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular or React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

Solid backend development experience with at least one: .NET Core (C#), Python, or Node.js

Experience with RESTful API design and development

Working knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)

Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies:

Integration of AI services (OpenAI API, Azure AI, AWS AI) into applications

Python for AI/ML development

Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)

Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Highly Desirable:

Experience in the Financial Services industry or working with financial data

Knowledge of automation frameworks and event-driven architectures

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI applications

Familiarity with agentic AI systems and intelligent automation tools (n8n, LangChain, AutoGen)

Experience with Docker and containerization

Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data transformation

Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns





Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with Azure services and DevOps practices
