As an Agentic AI & Automation Lead - Manager - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client operations by leveraging advanced AI and automation technologies. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on optimizing processes and delivering strategic solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs for our clients.

Your expertise in project management and technology will be crucial in managing delivery teams and driving continuous improvement. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations

Guiding delivery teams in optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services

Overseeing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations

Utilizing automation frameworks and business process automation to enhance service delivery

Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for process improvement

Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance

Engaging in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement to drive business transformation

Promoting continuous process improvement and operational excellence within managed services

Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with clients and team members

Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct What You Must Have Senior AI/ML / Genai/Agentic AI tech lead/Architect Strong skill in Python, GenAI & Agentic AI,

LLMOps observability tools(eg: Langfuse, Prometheus, Grafana)

LLM frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)

LLM - RAG,

Vector DBs(PGvector/ChromaDB/Pinecone/FASSIS)

Cloud based ai deployments(Azure/AWS/GCP) with LLMOps/MLOps and CI/CD)

Strong stakeholder and executive communication

At least a Bachelor's degree in Tecnhology/Science

At least 10+ years of experience
