Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for two-wheeler loan recoveries.

- Conduct regular field visits to monitor collections progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve recovery rates.

- Analyze data to optimize collection strategies, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-4 years of experience in collection management or related field (NBFC).

- Robust understanding of recovery management principles and practices.

- Proven track record in managing teams for achieving high levels of performance in the banking industry.
