Position: Service Engineer – PAN India Reporting to: HCS Manager Location: Chennai Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. You'll work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HARTING products

Conduct on-site service and repair work as required

Generate re-sale opportunities for all HARTING components & HARTING Cable assemblies available in the respective Regional Railway sheds & Metros.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports





Stay up to date with new technologies and product developments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel for on-site service and training.

Physical job requirements include where the job takes place, lifting, shift type, operating machinery, sitting/standing, and working in hot/cold environments.

Languages English, Hindi (Mandate) & any other regional language is preferable

Education

- Bachelor/Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Electronics

Travel

- 90%.
