Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI frameworks.

This role requires a hands-on architect who can develop production-grade AI applications from scratch, define scalable AI architectures, and lead the implementation of intelligent autonomous systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, AI solution architecture, Azure OpenAI ecosystem, and Agentic AI frameworks. We are specifically looking for someone who builds AI systemsnot just consumes AI tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using modern multi-agent frameworks.
- Build scalable AI applications from scratch using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, decision-making, and executing complex workflows.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate AI applications with REST APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize prompts for accuracy, cost, latency, and reliability.




- Build AI orchestration workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Design memory management, tool calling, autonomous planning, and multi-agent collaboration mechanisms.
- Deploy AI applications on Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio, or Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI architectures following enterprise best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Establish AI governance, monitoring, observability, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor development teams on AI architecture, coding standards, and emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 8 to 12 years of overall software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) application development.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on Python programming skills with the ability to code AI solutions from scratch.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of distributed AI systems, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience in AI solutioning, architecture design, deployment, and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and leading AI initiatives.
